Brett White

Brett White joined Discovery Land Company as CEO in January of 2022. He leads all business and development operations as well as strategy for global expansion, new clubs and current club oversight. Prior to Discovery, Brett served as CEO and Executive Chairman of Cushman & Wakefield from 2015 – 2022 and prior to that, the CEO and President of CBRE.

Brett previously served as a trustee of the University of San Francisco. He also previously served on the boards of the following organizations: Edison International & Southern California Edison, Ares Commercial Real Estate Corporation (ACRE), Realogy Holdings Corporation, Mossimo, Inc., Allied Universal and Valley Crest Commercial Services. Brett holds a B.A. in Biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara and is a Southern California native growing up in San Diego.
